Hi, I’m Tracy — founder of Tracy Gandu Coaching.

After more than a decade in leadership and talent management roles, I saw firsthand the gaps that existed for women, Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC), and underrepresented leaders.

So I decided to do something about it.

Today, I work with healthcare start-up founders, pharmaceutical and biotech leaders, and innovative teams ready to lead differently — not just louder, but better.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outdoors in nature, laughing until it hurts with my friends and family, dancing salsa (badly), or cuddling with my Cavoodle, Hendi.
